The group’s run at Chicago’s Briar Street Theatre (3133 N. Halsted) continues with additional performances through January 3, including four New Year’s Eve shows.

You can make this New Year’s Eve a family affair with kid-friendly performances at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 31. Additional performances follow at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.  For 7p.m. show, party hats and a pre-show toast will bring adult attendees into the celebratory spirit. Ticketholders for the 10 p.m. show can usher in 2016 with a one-of-a-kind New Year’s Eve countdown party. Noisemakers, a midnight champagne toast, confetti drop and performance of “Auld Lang Syne” by the Blue Men will make this New Year’s celebration one to remember.
