My Block, My Hood, My City

My Block, My Hood, My City is a South and West Side Chicago-based nonprofit organization inspiring youth, empowering communities, and building a better world one block at a time.

My Block, My Hood, My City is a Chicago-based nonprofit dedicated to inspiring youth, empowering communities, and building a better world one block at a time. Through youth development, community engagement, and neighborhood investment, we create opportunities for young people and residents to experience more of their city, strengthen their communities, and take an active role in shaping their futures. Our work is rooted in Chicago’s South and West Sides, where we partner directly with youth, residents, block clubs, businesses, and community organizations to address local needs while building stronger, more connected neighborhoods.
